Why am I called “The Branding Iron”?
Branding is second nature to me. I critique and evaluate brands daily and am constantly trying to improve the branding experience. Most importantly, I am “The Branding Iron” because... I strike while the idea is hot.
Building Brands from the Inside (and out)
I have successfully designed and maintained brand identities for several Denver-based companies over the last 15 years.
As part of the in-house creative team for these companies, I produced a variety of branded projects. My work was strong because I looked beyond the internal marketing walls and provided an additional point-of-view — an outsider’s perspective. I’ve learned to build up brands not as an insider or outsider, but a combination of both.
It is important to discover the balance between what the customer needs and what the company can provide, and build a relationship between the two.
